1. The 14-day cooling-off period
You have 14 days from the start of your membership to request a full refund, no questions asked. After that, standard cancellation applies (no partial refunds for unused time).
Day 0: Membership starts
Full access to gatherings, member portal, directory, and partner perks begins immediately.
Day 1–14: Risk-free window
Not satisfied? You are eligible for a full refund.
Day 15+: Standard terms
You can cancel anytime to stop future billing; access continues until the end of your paid period. Previous payments are non-refundable.
2. How to cancel
To cancel your membership, email us at support@theproductconsortium.com.
3. Access and rights after cancellation
- Refund within 14 days: If you receive a refund during the cooling-off period, access to gatherings, member portal, directory, and partner perks is revoked immediately.
- Standard cancellation: If you cancel after the cooling-off period, you keep full access until the end of your current billing period.
- Data retention: We keep account and profile data for a reasonable period after your membership ends, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can request deletion at any time.
