By using the website, creating an account, or buying a membership or ticket, you agree to these terms.

2. Acceptance of these terms
By using the website, creating an account, or buying a membership or ticket, you agree to these terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information.
- You are responsible for keeping your login details safe.
- Do not share your account with others unless we allow it.
- If you think your account is compromised, contact us.
We may add optional extra login security in the future. It is not required today.
4. Membership
4.1 What membership includes
Membership includes:
- Access to members-only gatherings
- Access to workshops that are marked as included
- Access to the member portal content (recaps, templates, and similar)
- Access to the member directory (members-only), subject to consent
- Access to partner perks as described in the portal
4.2 Membership price and billing
- Price: €20/month, billed yearly (so €240/year), excluding VAT unless stated otherwise.
- You pay upfront for the billing period shown at checkout.
- VAT may be added depending on your situation and invoice details.
4.3 Renewal and cancellation
- Membership renews each year unless you cancel before the renewal date shown in your account.
- If you cancel, you keep access until the end of your paid period.
- We do not provide partial refunds for unused time, except where required by law or where we explicitly agree otherwise.
4.4 Price changes
We may change pricing. If we do, we will inform members before renewal.
5. Events: gatherings, workshops, conferences
We use these categories:
Gatherings
- Members-only.
- Registration may be required because seats are limited.
Workshops
- Included for members when marked as included.
- Non-members can buy a ticket when available. Current standard price: €50 excl. VAT unless stated otherwise.
Conferences
- Ticketed for everyone, including members, unless explicitly stated.
For any event:
- We may set capacity limits.
- We may change speakers, agenda, and format if needed.
6. Tickets and refunds (non-members and conferences)
If you buy a ticket:
- Your ticket is for your personal use unless we state otherwise.
- Refund rules are shown at checkout or on the event page. If not shown, then:
- If we cancel the event, you will receive a refund of the ticket price.
- If you cancel, we may not refund unless required by law or unless we decide to do so as a goodwill exception.
7. Code of conduct
We want a respectful and safe environment. You agree:
- Be respectful to others
- No harassment or discrimination
- No aggressive selling or pitching at events
- No spamming members
We may remove someone from an event or cancel membership access if behaviour breaks these rules. We may do this without refund for serious issues.
8. Member directory and intro requests
- The directory is members-only.
- You control what appears in your profile through consent settings.
- Do not use the directory to build outreach lists.
- Intro requests must be relevant and respectful.
We may limit intro requests to prevent spam.
9. Partner perks and third-party services
Partner perks are provided by third parties. We do our best to work with good partners, but:
- We do not control their product or service
- They may have their own terms
- We are not responsible for issues inside a partner’s service
10. Intellectual property and content
All site content (text, design, logos, templates, and downloads) belongs to us or our licensors, unless stated otherwise.
You may:
- Use member materials for your own work
You may not:
- Copy and redistribute materials publicly
- Sell the materials
- Share member-only downloads with non-members
If you submit content (for example feedback, comments, or suggestions), you grant us permission to use it to improve the membership and the service.
11. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Break the law
- Attempt to access parts of the service you are not allowed to access
- Scrape the site or member directory
- Upload malware or attempt to disrupt the site
- Impersonate others
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe there is misuse.
12. Availability and changes
We try to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:
- Change features
- Add or remove content
- Update the portal
13. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot be limited by law.
To the extent allowed by law:
- We are not liable for indirect losses (such as loss of profit, loss of data, or business interruption).
- Our total liability for claims related to the membership or tickets is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the event causing the claim.
We are not responsible for decisions you make based on event content or third-party services (including partner tools).
14. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
15. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes will be submitted to the courts of Ghent, Belgium.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If changes are important, we will notify members through the site or email.
