Membership Access
Eligibility for The Product Consortium is strictly verified. Access is granted on a per-individual basis and is non-transferable.
- Authentication: Members must utilize multi-factor authentication for all platform entry points.
- Subscription Tiers: Features available to you depend on your active subscription tier (Core, Professional, or Enterprise). Downgrading may result in immediate loss of access to historical data.
- Inactive Accounts: Accounts with no activity for 12 consecutive months may be archived to preserve database integrity.
Community Conduct
TPC operates under a strict code of professional ethics. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards harassment or discrimination within our digital and physical spaces.
Civil Discourse
All discussions must remain professional. Personal attacks will result in immediate suspension.
No Sales Pitches
The community is a sales-free zone. Violations will result in permanent removal.
Content Ownership
All content shared within TPC channels remains the intellectual property of the original creator. However, by posting content, you grant TPC a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and archive your contributions.
- Event Recordings: Speaker presentations and event recordings are archived for member access. Speakers retain copyright but grant TPC distribution rights.
- Member-Generated Content: You retain ownership but grant TPC rights to use your content for community promotion.
Limitation of Liability
TPC provides services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
In no event shall TPC's total liability exceed the amount you paid for your membership in the 12 months preceding the claim.
