Amir Azar is Head of Product Design & Research at Eneco. He was born in Iran and raised in the Netherlands. From an early age he was fascinated by the intersection of people and technology. After studying Human Technology at Hanze University of Applied Sciences, he started his career during the financial crisis and worked his way up through QA, front-end development and UX across Finance, Telecom, Retail and Energy. In every sector he did the same thing. He moved design from executor to strategic partner. His conviction is that the biggest organisational transformations don't start in the boardroom. They start in Product.
