Most product leaders today sit in the AI-enhanced phase of working: you prompt, the AI responds, you review, you prompt again. It feels productive. It is faster than doing everything yourself. But it still has one critical flaw. You are the bottleneck. Every interaction depends on you being present, directing, and waiting for the next output before you can move on.
At The Product Consortium's Vibe Code Workshop, Bjorn Vuylsteker laid out a different model: agentic workflows. In this paradigm, you define the process once and let agents run in parallel. One AI, two AIs, twenty AIs, it does not matter. They execute while you move on to something else. You write the process, the agents execute, and sometimes in reality you just wake up to the results.
